Now you can enroll as employee in the voluntary group health plan agreed by your Employer, as well as your family members under the terms of your company 's corporate contract, conveniently and easily with just a few clicks on the keyboard or via your mobile phone.

After e-platform login, you should  fill in the necessary data for you and / or your family members in a specially developed module. After reviewing and confirming the necessary information, within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation for successful application  at the email address specified by you, as well as brief instructions on payment and receipt of the personal health insurance card.
