The best way we provide for submitting Your claim:


  • Fill in electronically or print the form and complete it by hand
  • Send the copy to e-mail address: claims@bulgariainsurance.bg together with all the required documents relevant to the claim form scanned and attached

IMPORTANT NOTE: We would like to draw the attention of our customers and partners to be aware of some technical details required by the Claims Department, that will optimize the claims handling process, as follows:

  • Sending of legible copies of the documents
  • When scanning the documents, do not obscure data from the invoice/receipt. Documents should be submitted individually

You can also send the documents by courier at Bulgaria Insurance's office to the following address: 110-В Bulgaria Blvd., 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria Insurance AD together with all the required documents relevant to the claim form

List of documents required by the Insurer for consideration and resolution of a claim for payment of indemnity
  • Accident and illness insurance claim form
  • Medical report or outpatient card certifying the condition of the insured person
  • Invoices with cash receipts for incurred medical expenses in the name of the insured person   
  • Other documents
