The purpose of Hello,Doc© is to provide the Company’s customers under group/corporate health insurance contracts quick and personal telephone and online access to the advice and recommendation of the medical adviser on health issues, saving them time, effort and money.
Through our new service Hello, Doc© our customers will have access to professional information and advice provided by our qualified medical experts. They are at disposal to chatover the phone and via e-mail communication, to listen and provide advice and counsel concerning customer’s inquiries, whether they either worry about physical ailments, vaccinations and etc. during the social exclusion, or about their general health condition or that of a family member.
Our medical experts are available from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. The consultations provided, whether via telephone or e-mail, are completely free of charge.

After receiving the request, within an hour our expert will contact the client to specify the appropriate time and manner for conducting the consultation. All telephone calls are conducted in complete privacy. Calls can be recorded and / or audited to improve the quality of service.
Hello, Doc© is not intended to replace the treating physician or relevant healthcare professional, nor can it be used to diagnose a disease or treatment, and to prescribe medication, but through it our medical experts can provide advice on specific diseases and conditions, information about the right specialist according to the symptoms you are experiencing, and to provide guidance and support.
